A: Yes. All our mulberry silk white cloth, real silk fabrics, Xiangyunsha and Shu Brocade garments are made of 100% natural mulberry silk, Before bulk orders, you can place a sample order to check the quality.
Q: What are the characteristics of Xiangyunsha and Shu Brocade?
A: Both are China’s National Intangible Cultural Heritage. Xiangyunsha is hand-dyed with wild yam and oxidized with river mud, durable and gaining more luster with wear. Shu Brocade, one of China’s four famous brocades, features hand-weaving and exquisite traditional patterns, with both practical and collection value.
Q: How to properly care for mulberry silk, Xiangyunsha and Shu Brocade products?
A: We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with special silk detergent. Do not bleach, soak for a long time, machine wash or wring dry. Hang in a cool, shaded area to dry, and iron on low heat with a protective cloth to avoid fabric damage.

Q: Do I need to pay import duties for international orders?
A: Our product prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. Buyers are responsible for these charges per their country’s customs regulations. We provide complete customs clearance documents to assist with smooth import.
Q: Can I track my order in real time?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send a valid tracking number to your registered email. You can track the logistics status in the official website of the shipping carrier.

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective product?
A: Please contact our after-sales team with clear photos or video evidence within 7 days of receiving the product. Once confirmed, we will provide free return, exchange or re-delivery, and bear all related shipping costs.
Q: Does Xrrt Silk accept 7-day no-reason returns for B2C orders?
A: Yes. We accept 7-day no-reason returns for B2C orders, provided the product is unused, in original condition with complete packaging and tags, and does not affect secondary sales. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the seller will deduct the paid shipping fee from the refund.
Q: Are dropshipping orders eligible for returns?
A: Dropshipping orders are only eligible for returns and refunds due to confirmed quality defects; non-quality related returns are not accepted. Applications must be submitted within 7 days of the end customer receiving the product.
