Dropshipping Terms & Conditions
This Dropshipping Policy applies to global B2B buyers, resellers, distributors, and cross-border sellers interested in mulberry silk, Xiangyunsha, Shu Brocade fabrics and ready-made garments. It does not apply to individual B2C retail customers.
1.Eligibility
Dropshipping is available only to verified business customers. You must submit valid business identification for review before approval.
2.Order & Pricing
Dropship prices are wholesale-exclusive and independent of retail prices. Prices may adjust based on raw material and production costs, with at least 3 business days’ prior notice.No minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required for dropshipping. Mixed orders of mulberry silk white cloth, Xiangyunsha, Shu Brocade fabrics and garments are supported.
3.Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders will be dispatched within 1–15 business days after payment confirmation.We provide a valid international tracking number for all shipments. Shipping fees, delivery times and related customs costs are the sole responsibility of the dropshipper.All packages are shipped unbranded for blind dropshipping, with no Xrrt Silk company information or logos on the outer packaging.
4.Inventory & Stock
Dropship inventory is not subject to real-time stock updates on www.xrrtsilk.com, Please place the order by email before arrange the payment. We will notify you promptly if items are out of stock and offer replacement, partial refund or order adjustment options.
5.Returns & Refunds for Dropship Orders
Returns and refunds are accepted only for manufacturing defects or verified quality issues of our silk products.Returns due to wrong size, color preference, change of mind, customer measurement error or improper care are not eligible.Return shipping costs for confirmed quality issues are covered by Xrrt Silk; all other return expenses are borne by the dropshipper.
6.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate dropshipping privileges immediately for abusive behavior, including fraudulent orders, unauthorized product resale, charge-back abuse, misrepresentation of products, or any acts that harm the brand reputation of Xrrt Silk.
