Xrrt Silk is committed to providing high-quality 100% mulberry silk, Xiangyunsha and Shu Brocade products. This policy applies to B2C retail orders and small B2B trial orders; bulk B2B wholesale orders follow separate negotiated terms.
1.Return Period
Returns or refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the buyer receiving the products.
2.Eligibility for Full Refund (Including Shipping Fees)
A full refund will be issued if:
- The product has clear manufacturing defects or quality issues (e.g., fabric damage, poor stitching, incorrect silk material, significant deviation from product description)
- The order is not shipped within the stated processing time without prior notice
- Duplicate payment or payment system errors occur, confirmed by our finance team
3.Non-Refundable Items & Situations
- Custom-made fabrics, cut-length mulberry silk grey cloth, personalized garments or custom-designed products
- Used, washed, damaged, altered or modified products
- Returns without original packaging, hang tags or complete accessories (affecting secondary sales)
- Returns due to wrong size selection, color preference, personal taste or failure to read product details
- Import duties, customs taxes, storage fees or other third-party charges
- Refund requests submitted beyond the 7-day return period
4.Return Process
- Contact our after-sales team via email with clear photos or video evidence of the product issue
- Receive return approval and detailed return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Return the product in unused, original condition with all packaging and tags
- Once our team inspects and approves the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
5.Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.Credit card refunds may take 7–15 business days to reflect in your account (due to bank processing times); PayPal refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
6.B2B Bulk Orders
For bulk wholesale orders, quality-related refunds, replacements or replenishments will be handled on a case-by-case basis through mutual negotiation between Xrrt Silk and the B2B customer.
